The Phone delivered to me was defective, first of all it too long time to charge the battery, shop fellow told me after full charging of the battery it works fine

charged for almost 6 hours
but

it hangs when phone rings / call received.

& you cannot switch On or OFF the phone.

I took back the phone to the supplier insisted I should get the new phone

after made me to wait for more than 6to 7 hours finally I was isued another new phone. it was ok till y’day on 03-09-2008

but suddenly in the evening when i received the call
it hanged
neither i can switch off or reset of call or do anything ?

WHAT KIND of Phone is this ?

what may be the problem

I reported / complained to the APPLE

awaiting for their reply action
